    As our CEO, Tom sets the company’s vision and strategic direction, and provides guidance to enable key initiatives to be carried out successfully. Tom’s focus is on achieving sales growth across North America and in Europe by delivering value to clients, expanding strategic partnerships and leveraging IT to accelerate progress toward mutually beneficial business goals.

    A service and technology executive with a career spanning over 22 years in corporate leadership, strategic planning and operational management, Tom has had proven, positive impact on organizations on a global scale. Tom has successfully transformed and expanded business units into profitable revenue streams within the commercial and government sectors, across multiple industry verticals.

    Before joining OnX, Tom served on Diebold’s Executive Leadership Team, executing a comprehensive plan focused on portfolio, talent, financials, creativity and discipline, leading to significant growth for the company. Before joining Diebold in 2014, he was vice president global managed services, North America at Unisys. Prior to that, he was senior vice president, global government managed services at Xerox. He also has been regional vice president and general manager at Unisys and held several leadership roles including vice president and general manager during his 14 year career at Computer Sciences Corp.

    Tom earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Suffolk University School of Management in Boston.

    As OnX Chief Financial Officer and EVP Finance/Operations, Rosalind is responsible for managing the overall financial strategy and activities for the organization and for key operations including IT, HR, Legal and Sales Operations. Rosalind and her team are focused on driving business efficiency and compliance while enabling the sales teams to deliver profitable revenue growth.

    Rosalind brings more than 25 years of experience in the IT and financial services industries working with high growth and entrepreneurial companies. Prior to joining OnX, she spent 17 years at SAP where she held executive financial roles within Canada, in the U.S. and on a global level. Prior to joining SAP, Rosalind held positions at companies including GE Capital, Triathlon Leasing Inc. and C-I-L. Throughout her career she has focused on delivering strong financial management, while supporting growth.

    Rosalind holds a Chartered Accountant designation as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

    Mark Kelly, President of OnX’s U.S. Division, is responsible for driving OnX’s U.S. sales growth; fostering new strategic initiatives, including OnX’s services portfolio, vertical industry practices, and hybrid IT by leveraging on-premise and off-premise solutions.

    A 20-year veteran of the technology industry, Kelly has experienced every facet of the business. He started his career as a sales rep and progressed to manage high-performing sales teams. Joining OnX as Senior Vice President of Network and Data Center Solutions in 2013, he was promoted to Executive Vice President of Strategy and Sales Operations before becoming President of OnX’s U.S. Division. He uses his extensive experience to solve business problems, optimize organizations and drive growth.

    Prior to joining OnX, Kelly worked at Logicalis, Inc., for 10 years, rising to Vice President of Cisco Solutions. Kelly also has held sales positions at Computer Design & Integration, LLC, EMC Corporation, Ciber and MicroWarehouse, Inc.

    Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Eastern Connecticut State University.

    As President of OnX Canada, Paul is accountable for driving the success of the organization’s growth, strategy and development for our enterprise infrastructure solutions, managed services and digital application services. A consummate professional with a wealth of experience in the IT spectrum, Paul is championing the division through a focused transformation from traditional IT solutions to Hybrid Cloud solutions. Prior to OnX, Paul served as Vice President of Bell and President of xwave, and held leadership positions in sales, operations and business development at MITI Information Technology.

    As President of Momentum Digital Solutions, Michael is responsible for sales, marketing and operations of the digital, social, mobile, data analytics and platform groups.

    Michael is one of the country’s leading digital technology specialists with a 15-plus year track record of building and leading digital technology teams and operations. Through senior leadership roles at Rare Medium NY and global advertising agencies JWT, Wunderman and Publicis, he has amassed a broad skill set in all things digital with a distinct ability to blend technology and creativity in meaningful ways for clients. Michael has worked with numerous major brands, including the New York Times, Forbes, Microsoft, Nestle, Kraft, Ford JLR, and Walmart during his career, and is a frequent speaker at Western University’s Ivey School of Business.

    Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto in 1987 and his MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University in 1999.

    As CTO and VP Technology Solutions for the U.S., Steve is responsible for bringing the overall insight, strategy and thought leadership to OnX clients and providing innovative and cost-effective information technology solutions. In addition to his role as CTO, Steve is also responsible for developing the OnX Solution Architect team in the U.S. A 25-year IT veteran, he has led large, technically diverse systems engineering groups across North America. He is an active participant in enterprise solution design with key customers. Steve and his team work with strategic partners to establish solution focus for the U.S. OnX business.

    Prior to joining OnX (a.k.a. Agilysys TSG and Pioneer-Standard Electronics), Steve deployed and managed data center solutions in mission critical production environments for Citibank.

    As Senior Vice President Services Sales, Todd drives OnX’s growth strategy for its expanding portfolio of professional, managed and application services. His team focuses on customizing services that enable clients to achieve their business goals with maximum efficiency and performance.

    A 26-year veteran of the technology industry, Todd has a track record of delivering outstanding results and strategic innovations. He has a wealth of experience at leading tech firms. Before joining OnX, he was VP Global Sales – Strategic Services for Avaya. Prior to that he was Global Vice President at Unisys and VP at Xerox Services. He also worked for 15 years at Computer Sciences Corp., where he held a variety of leadership positions.

    He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University.

    As Senior Vice President Service Delivery, Sanjay drives OnX’s IT service delivery strategy across OnX’s continuum of IT services offerings. His team is focused on evaluating and enhancing our services portfolio and optimizing delivery operations to ensure clients receive exactly the services they need when they need them.

    A 27-year veteran of the technology industry, Sanjay has leadership experience in technical and business roles, with a particular emphasis on IT outsourcing. Before joining OnX, he was Vice President of Infrastructure Services at HCL, where he was responsible for managing service delivery, transition and transformation. At Cognizant, he was Vice President, Head North America, where he was accountable for the infrastructure services practice and held other responsibilities. At Unisys, he was Vice President for North America Service Delivery. He held a variety of global leadership positions at Computer Sciences Corp., where he established CSC’s first offshore infrastructure delivery capabilities in India, Spain and elsewhere.

    Sanjay has a Ph.D. in business management, an MBA and a bachelors in computer science.
